Ability to view 'Expires on (Expiration date)' in UI

Summary:

Currently there is no functionality to view the Expires on or Expiration date within the UI. You can only view it by running a report. There should ideally be a functionality that allows Learning Administrators to view the Expires on (Expiration date) in the Learning Assignment view as a column as well as on the Employee My learning area self service tab.
