Data Masking for SCM/ERP application

Summary:

Can we have list of fields which getting masked during refresh, we have noticed TIN (Tax Identification Number) was not included in below oracle standard document of data masking?

Also my next question is can we not select data masking option for scheduling refresh and do it later after refresh for certain fields?
