Accepting Referrals for positions that are not yet open

Hi everyone,

  I am wondering how other companies are handling referrals for positions that are not yet open. Right now, we only accept referrals for open positions, but we often receive resumes from executives for future open positions. How are you processing them in Taleo? Creating a dummy req? Creating a folder to house those resumes, and making a note regarding who referred them?
