create alert when transaction amount gets updated by preparer in Account Analysis Recs in ARCS

Hi,

We want ARCS system to trigger a notification to users, if the preparer updates the amount for the transactions in the Balance explanation tab.

Example: the preparer copied 2 transactions from prior period reconciliation and then he updated the amount of one transaction.

Can anyone let us know, how to achieve this.

We have tried few options, but that did not work as detailed below:

We wanted to write a rule:

Create alert, when transaction created date does not equal to last updated date. But in the rule, we are not getting option to compare, the system is asking to directly input a date instead of selecting an attribute.
