Requisition organization field LOV

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

while Hiring Manager creating a requisition, unable to restrict the dropdown values in organisation field according to the department the Hiring manager belongs to, even after having an appropriate organisational security profile privilege attached to Hiring Manager role.
My goal is to change the dropdown list of organisation field under Requisition structure, according to the person's department who is creating the requisition

Is this possible to configure, please let me know the solution.
