Redwood Hire – Two mandatory National Identifiers for Spain (NIF and Social Security Number)

Summary:

Hello everyone,

we have a business requirement for Spain in the Redwood Hire flow to make two National Identifiers mandatory:

• NIF
• Social Security Number

From standard behavior, only one primary National Identifier is enforced, and we couldn’t find a supported configuration to require both during Hire.

We are currently evaluating a validation rule in Visual Builder / Redwood Business Rules to block the transaction when one of the two identifiers is missing, but we would like to understand:

• Is there any standard supported configuration to enforce multiple mandatory National Identifiers in Redwood Hire?
• What is the recommended Oracle best practice
