26A - New Event creation - Meeting URL restrictions
Summary:
We've just implemented the Unified Learning Catalog (25D) and 26A release. When testing the creation of new Events through the learning catalog, the 'Meeting URL' field to set up an Instructor-Led event applies some restrictions when a Meeting URL is entered. The format enforced is www.providername.com. As a business we use Teams meetings. The Meeting URL field will not accept the https format of Teams Meeting links and generates a notification.
Is this a known issue, will Teams compatibility be a future release? Is there a workaround possible in the meantime?
