Help forming a URL using Recruiting tokens

Summary:

Can someone help me how to form https links using tokens? My requirement is to send an automated job application notification and content should have a link like

https://www.mycompany.com/${CandidateNumber}&${RequisitionNumber}
candidateID and requisitionID should be dynamically inserted in the notification. I tried using the tokens as shown above in the source code, however when i switch to rich text it automatically clears it. Has anyone tried forming URLs using system tokens?
