How to load multiple Observation checklist & Assessments in content section in oracle learning cloud

Summary:
We have close to 2000 Observation checklist and Assessments and adding them manually is taking so long and tiring process
could please suggest any alternative for this. i did checked with my technical team on
REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Create a learning content item
but they couldnt load is there anyone who successfully loaded through any tool which can save our time
