What roles allow users to receive only their own Expense and Inventory POs in Redwood Receiving

Summary:

We are currently enabling Redwood receiving and based on the doc, found that only users who have some specific roles will see My Receipts New tile under Procurement work area. But there is some confusion w.r.t. what would be appropriate roles to add into existing profiles / personas so that this change won't affect the existing func. much. Can someone please let us know what roles or priv allows users to only allow the PO where they are preparer or requester. They should not be able to view and receives POs of other users.
