Teams Skills Center: Logic behind showing Achieved core skills on Teams Skills Center

Hi Team,

Wanted to know logic behind showing Achieved core skills on Teams Skills Center.

I as a manager added few skills for one of my Direct report and she didnt have anything on her skills center before leader assigned core skills , however, when leader assigns it , it gets assigned with 'Achieved' status and when I hover on the numbers it doesnt show me the skills name, is that expected?

E.g Tilotma BHarwani has all 3 core skills listed as Developing , but 2 of them showing below as achieved.

Any help to understand this would be helpful.Thanks!
