Unable to hide dff segments on Request Learning / Self enroll page in VBS

Hi,

I'm trying to hide some segments of the DFF while keeping others visible on Request Learning / Self enroll page in VBS. When publishing all the fields on the page are hidden except attachments section. Even after delete the custom rule and publishing, the page is still empty.

Did anybody else encountered this and manage to solve it?
