OIC File Server - Record User id who created/updated file in File Server

Description (Required):

OIC File Server need to record user id who creates or modify file/folder. All other file servers have this capability, in OIC File server, it only shows @OWNER@GROUPS value for all files and folders.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

OIC File Server is used for multiple boundary system inbound/outbound communication. It is exposed to FTP users who can read or create file. Right now, it is getting very difficult to determined who created/modify file in case any debug is required. Also , Audit prospective, it is becoming impossible to figure out.
