Interaction/Overlap of Autocomplete Rule and VBS rule on Same field on Page(Create Requisition page)

Summary: We have recreated 7 of our Autocomplete Rules to VBS rules for Create Requisition page to migrate to Redwood.

Initially we planned to deactivate the Autocomplete rules. But we have concern now that there are core HR pages (Position Details, My team) that has Create requisition Action which directs to RUI or users would have saved the RUI link to create req later. In that case, only if we have Autocomplete rules also Active. It would work in RUI.

Now the questions are:

1. Can we have both Autocomplete rule and VBS rule active for same field default (Say defaulting Organization -one rule Active in Autocomplete and same default via VBS rule)
