"Recruiting-Recruiting Real Time" - Columns Not Returning Data for users who have not submitted reqs

Hi everyone,
We are running into an issue with the "Recruiting-Recruiting Real Time" subject area in OTBI. Several fields in our analysis are not displaying any data for users who have not submitted any job reqs, regardless of the user's applied security access, such as a recruiter with full recruiting security access. Why can they not see the following field names.

The following columns are not displaying data:

Last Extended Date

Projected Start Date

Filled Date
