Validate rule to confirm user attach the document in contract

Hi All,

I have a requirement from our business, Once the contract approved and become active, user must attach document with category "Approved ACE Form". If user do not attach the document. I would like to use the validation rule in application composer to send the message to user "Please attach Approved ACE Form". Is it possible to do that?
