Can we translate recruiting content library notifications in oracle hcm cloud through HDL. We would like to translate the current English Notifications to Portuguese Brazilian language. Upon exploring i see ContentLibraryTranslation.dat can be used but its quite confusing for sure :) Can some one help me with a sample HDL format if this is the one to be used?
