Starting in February 2026, the time line to complete the pre-upgrade actions and acknowledgement for SSO environments has been changed to 72 hours before each environment's scheduled downtime.

We no longer require the pre-upgrade actions and acknowledgement to be completed for ALL environments in an environment family 72 hours before the earliest scheduled downtime. This gives customers more time to complete the required actions for environments scheduled at a later time.

Please note that If you do not complete the pre-upgrade actions for a federated SSO environment, you will lose SSO access to that environments after the Identity Upgrade.
