Why can't I enter date of birth in the From Date field of the Citizenship In for Hire an Employee?

Hi all,

I have a question. I have for Redwood IU Page. I'm hiring a new Employee but in Citizenship Info's section when I'm adding the from date of the citizenship and I enter the date of birth, it gives me an error and forces me to enter another date. Why? Is it possible to correct the error and enter the correct date of birth?
