contract request is in pending status, not autoapproved

Summary:

I have created contract requests and all of the them are stuck into pending approval status. As per my knowledge, CR should be autoapproved but mine are stuck in pending and no data is shown in transaction console as well.

Please share informaiton related to full contract cycle in Enterprise contract management .
