Is there a setup to make "Source" section appear while creating a catalog request by searching item?

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Is there a setup by which the supplier details under "Source" section appears for catalog request when items are added after searching on search bar on PR page?

When we create a requisition via "Enter Requsition Line" > Add item details > Under Source section, there's an option of adding Agreement and Supplier details. But the same isn't visible (the whole SOURCE section) if we create a requisition after searching an item on search bar.

Is it possible, if yes, how to achieve the same?
