Cancel Work Relationship for Pending Worker Redirects to Home Page in Redwood UI

Hi all,

In Redwood UI, when I go to My Client Group → Pending Worker → select a pending worker → “...” → Cancel Work Relationship, it lands on the Home Page instead of the Cancel Work Relationship page.

• The button is visible and the role has the correct duty.
• Bypass approval is removed as per this documentation

Has anyone seen this? How do I resolve this issue please ?
