Capital Projects: Where is the CWIP DR Generated?

Summary:

For project-specific items in Capital Projects, we normally do NOT manually enter a CWIP account on the Project.

Does Oracle generate the CWIP debit automatically through Projects SLA?
Or should CWIP be derived only when transferring costs from Projects to Fixed Assets (Generate Assets)?
