Add button is missing on Benefit Relationship

Summary: Hello Team,

We are unable to see the Add / “+” button on the Benefit Relationship page in Redwood. Please find the attached screenshot for your review.

Could you kindly look into this issue and advise what action is required from our side?

Notes: We have already consulted with our internal team. They reviewed all the required roles and privileges and confirmed that this appears to be an issue on the Oracle side, not a security or configuration gap. They recommended raising an SR.

Therefore, could you please assist us as soon as possible in resolving this issue
