Learning Alerts using learnerLearningRecords not working since monthly maintenance on January 16th

Summary:

We currently have custom learning alerts using learnerLearningRecords and learnerLearningRecords/assignedToPersonDetails; see below config


Now I have been able to setup a new alert under learningRecordsCurrent but this resource doesn't contain any filter (learningRecordsCurrent/assignedToPersonDetails) for primary email address. That resource is blank?
