Anyone experienced user is not manager anymore but "hiring manager" role was auto-provisioned?

in Fusion Applications Administration

One user was line manager before, but not now.

In HCM position and job are "Storeperson" , Working as a Manager=No.

I've removed "line manager" and "hiring manager" which was auto-provisioned before,

but after LDAP, those roles were added back.

Here is the autoprovision rule:
