How to disable the OU determination using email subject IDR

Summary:

Hi All, Is there a way that I can disable the IDR using the email subject with underscore. I try the following in the lookup type ORA_IMAGING_ROUTING_ATTRIUTES

  1. uncheck the enabled check box. It is not working
  2. Put an end date in the lookup code. It is not working.
  3. I delete the lookup code, it is not working.

I am not sure how I can disable this feature to check the email subject. The reason is some supplier generate the invoice email with underscore in the email subject. The information after underscore is not BU_ID. We would like to remove this feature so that the invoice can be processed successfully with the correct BU based on the sender's email.
