Conversion Rate for foreign currency leases

Summary:

Post 26A Patch, we have enabled the setup of Foreign Currency Lease Right-of-Use Asset Remeasurement as Measure Changes at Current Rate at system options level. Post that i created foreign currency lease and accounted it. The conversion rate picked up for booking the lease as User and i had not specified currency rate anywhere on the lease. Where is it picking up this rate from?
