PR FBDI Error: The value of the attribute Charge Account isn't valid

Summary:

I am trying to load Approved PRs using FBDI. and in FBDi i have correct Charge account combinations(CC)

So to use the CC from FBDI , I removed all my 'Segment account rules' in transaction account definitions and defaulted one Account combination account rule which has constant value.

But still I am getting this below error during 'Import Requisitions':

"The value of the attribute Charge Account isn't valid"
I verified the charge account in the system, its available and active
