Configure Source Connection Error: TEST ok. PROD error

HI,


I am trying to configure a connection with oracle erp cloud.

When I configure using test erp. I am able to make connection.

When I configure using prod erp. I am getting error as followed:

java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception: The rest service request has failed: 401 and IDCS verify user query with user name attribute [] failed!

I am able to connect to the erp production environment using same credentials.

Plus, I have also provided the predefined role "General Accountant" to my erp user that I am using.

I have verified that my role incudes these privilges as well; "GL_RUN_TRIAL_BALANCE_REPORT_PRIV" and "FUN_FSCM_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_INTEGRATION_PRIV".
