Supplier Management Redwood Visualization Not Persisting (26A)

Summary:

We are attempting to configure a Redwood Supplier Management landing page and add OTBI‑based visualizations (Donut/Bar/Tables) alongside KPIs using Edit Page Layout. Although KPIs(Metric Cards) persist correctly, custom visualizations disappear after page refresh & visualization remains Active.
