Unable to see skill suggestions in skill river of skill center page

Hi Team,

We enabled dynamic skills by following the below steps:

•Run the job Prepare Application for skills enrichment

•Enable profile option – ORA_HRT_AI_SKILLS_ASSISTANT

•Run the process – “Synchronize Talent Data for AI Recommendations”

•Verify that ORA_HRT_SKILLS_ENRICHMENT_ENABLED is now set to Y

•Schedule the processes to run daily - Job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS.

Index: fa-hcm-contentitem

And I am able to see the Dynamic skills seeded library in item catalog.

When I log in as the employee and navigate to the skill center page, I do not see skill recommendations appearing in skill river
