Update Locations- REST API/ADFDI/Import Export

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are trying to update locations data (State Name of the address) through file upload. We have around 1000 locations and tried through REST API(HCM) , ADFDI- both throw the effectivity date error. Import and Export is taking more than 2 hours and there is no progress. We had to cancel the update.

We can update the locations manually but how can we acheive it through load process since we have 1000 locations
