26A Purchasing UI features not visible on Agreements and Purchase Orders

Hi all, My organization has been testing the 26A Purchasing features for the upcoming application to production. The users are unable to see any of the new documented features for the following Redwood:

Redwood: Capture Supplier Discounts on Purchase Orders
Redwood: Create Purchase Agreement Changes as a Buyer
Redwood: Create and Edit Purchase Orders Requiring Special Handling
Redwood: Create and Edit Purchase Orders for Complex Services with Progress Payment Schedules
Redwood: Create and Edit Purchase Orders with Retainage Terms
Redwood: Review Purchase Agreement Change and Revision Histories

I have checked and everything is enabled: Profile Options, Opt-In Features, Running the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS. On the Purchase Order the Redwood functions are present but the new features are not available. On the Agreements the initial links are active but when drilling into the actual agreement it goes to the Classic design instead of Redwood and the new features are also not available.
