Seniority Dates Adjustment

Summary:

We have an employee for whom the record starts from 2018 (for Enterprise and Legal Employers) and have 4 assignments. And as per the request we need to adjust the seniority dates with 2014 date so the total years are 12 for 2026 and it is letting the employee get 1 additional vacation day.

Tried to adjust in multiple ways however not successful in getting the desired result.

System is considering the 12 yrs as per 1/1/2030 and giving additional vacation day.

Any suggestions.
