Race/Gender values not reporting correctly

While looking at our month-end diversity reporting we found an inordinantly high number of "unidentified" race and gender values.  Upon further investigation I discovered that many of these were individuals who did indeed declare their race/gender on the active diversity form but for some reason, those values are not being captured in our reports.

This is a very recent development.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  I have an open ticket that was just escalated to R&D.
