Price Adjustment Charge Component not generated at sales order line

Summary:

During sales order manual price adjustment, for some cases the price adjustment charge component is not generated.

Because we set to send detail discount to AR , then the billing created without price adjustment amount because price adjustment component not sent to AR.

Note : We dont have any custom pricing algorithm,etc. This happen only for intermmittent random case and seems start ater 25C

Normal line —> Price adjustment component generated

The problematic line SO , No price adjustment component generated

We have raised SR but still stuck because it can not reproduce at will

Anyone experience same issue?
