LBAC - users faces intermittent access issue
Summary:
We have LBAC enabled in Fusion. All our office, VPN, and machine IP addresses are whitelisted. However, users are intermittently experiencing missing roles. The roles usually return after closing the browser and logging in again, but sometimes it takes more than an hour. We've tried restarting our machines and clearing browser caches, but the issue persists.
Can someone help us, how to fix this issue? we verified user public IPs, those IPs are already whitelisted
