Skills River not visible in Manage Skills & Qualifications page

Summary:

We have implemented Dynamic Skills in our instances.

AI Apps are enabled

Processes run: Synchronize Talent Data for AI Recommendations (Talent Object: Skills Suggestion and Talent Object: All) AND ESS Job to create index definitions and perform initial ingest to OSCS (With fa-hcm-contentitem parameter)

Profile Options enabled: ORA_HRT_SKILLS_AI_ASSISTANT, ORA_HRT_SKILLS_ENRICHMENT_ENABLED, ORA_HRD_AI_BEST_ROLES

-v2 suffix exists when accessing content item which is proof of dynamic skills v2 being implemented successdfully

ORA_HRT_ACCESS_SKILLS_CENTER is also added in the Employee Role (access grants and Send LDAP processes have been run as well)
