NEW FEATURE - Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is now available in Autonomous AI Database 19c

Hello All,

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is now available in Autonomous AI Database 19c, giving you two ways to strengthen access control for database users: MFA at logon and MFA at SQL execution time.

Login-Time MFA
Requires users to provide a second authentication factor along with their primary database user and password credentials. MFA is supported via push notifications using either Oracle Mobile Authenticator (OMA) or Cisco Duo Mobile.

SQL Access MFA
Allows users to connect with their primary credentials, then requires MFA when running SQL statements are executed using a one-time passcode (OTP) delivered via Email or Slack, or an OMA push approval.
