Is it possible to Edit the supplier name for Withholding Tax invoice before validation

Summary:
When an individual makes a principal payment, an invoice for personal income tax is automatically generated by the State Tax Inspectorate.
Currently, the State Tax Inspectorate requires that personal income tax be paid at the individual's registered place of residence.

Issue:
In the automatically generated personal income tax invoice, the “Supplier” field is inactive and does not allow the user to select a different supplier (ГНИ).
To comply with the tax authority’s requirement, users must be able to select any relevant ГНИ supplier, based on the individual’s place of registration.
