How does the search in MyHelp work?
Summary:
As I understand it, when a user using the Search functionality in the MyHelp area it performs a key word search on existing SRs and knowledge articles (and Journeys if this is switched on), with SRs it searches the Subject but in Knowledge Articles it searches title and the content of the article. During testing we are trying to see if a user can access a knowledge article they shouldn't have visibility of 'Standard Operating Procedure: Rental Deposit Loan', but when we run the search it italicises words we haven't searched for so we're keen to understand how this works,
