Flat Rate Shipping Charges Solution For Configured Item based on line level EFF

Summary:

Customer has enabled the Flat Rate Shipping Charges Solution based on line level EFF. It's working for standard items but not for Configured items.

Exact issue is shipping charges on configured line is not reflecting on header level total. So we are not sure whether the issue is with 'Calcualte Shipping Charges' Algorithm or something else?. So we would like to check whether anyone experienced this issue?

Refer below screen shot, total amount at header level should be 590 instead of 570.


Also, we want to check whether below document requires any changes considering 26A. Appreciate your support.
