Embedding Notes of a Reports into a Package

We have a report developed with 3 Dimensions on the POV Year, Period, Entity,

There is a chart, Grid, and a Note linked to this POV which is working as expected and saving notes based on the POV selected.

I have a package, which embeds these 3 objects into a Word Doclet. I was able to get these 3 into Available Content list. But after I embed, I am unable to see the output of the Notes but I am able to see the output of Chart and Grid.
