Check before changing values in a lookup table used in HCM

Good afternoon.

In Oracle HCM we are planning to modify some values in the lookup table, ORA_HRT_CERT_STATUS. We know it holds statuses for Certifications/Licenses, with values like Active, Expired, etc. Before we start changing any values in this table we'd like to know if this lookup table is leveraged anywhere else in HCM, other than for Licenses and Certifications. For example, is it being used in the Education section or another area in HCM?

Is there a way we can identify this?
