One of our customer is going to migrate from the Vertex Oramast Tax file to the Taxware TMD2 file for their tax geographies and rates in Fusion.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

One of our customer is going to migrate from the Vertex Oramast Tax file to the Taxware TMD2 file for their tax geographies and rates in Fusion. This is to consolidate to a single tax provider on the Bealls side. Taxware indicated the TMD2 file is a replica of the Vertax Oramast format and it appears to be so but  getting a constraint violation when processing the TMD2 file. Unexpected Error create_tax_zones: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.ZX_JURISDICTIONS_B_U2) violated.
