configure tiered revenue-sharing (threshold-based %)

Summary:

We have a requirement in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM for a managed services engagement where we need to calculate revenue sharing based on the revenue earned in a period (e.g., monthly).
Business rule (example):

If period revenue < $100,000 → revenue share = 10% of the period revenue
If period revenue ≥ $100,000 → revenue share = 15% of the period revenue

We’re looking for the best way to model this in PPM (and any related modules like Contracts/Billing/Projects), ideally using standard configuration (no custom code).
What is the recommended setup to support this kind of threshold-based tiering?
Can Oracle support this as a rate schedule / tiered pricing / revenue allocation rule based on earned revenue by accounting period?
