Count zero quantity

Summary:

Using Item Subinventories setup, we are able to add items without onhand in the cycle count. However, we can enable "Count Zero Quantity" checkbox only when we automatically schedule the cycle count. For some of the locations, we cannot schedule it and want to do it manually. What are our options?
