Text captured using Information template does not flow to purchase order PDF to Supplier

Summary:

Text captured using Information template does not flow to purchase order PDF to Supplier. We have created information templates to capture additional information on Requisition lines. Those details come over as line level attachment on Purchase order and the type is "To supplier."

When the PO has only 2-3 lines, this text captured in PO line attachment(carried over from req line additional information enabled by information template) is printed on PO PDF in line section.

When the PO has more lines, the information is not displayed in line level on PO PDF. We capture key information here that supplier needs to see to provide correct product/service. Is there a configuration that we need to enable to overcome this limitation?
