Agent Studio Documents in Tools Disappear when Editing

in Oracle AI for Fusion Applications

Summary:

In Agent Studio, when I navigate to Tools and Edit, I am not able to View or Edit the documents in the Tool. There is a black spinning circle and then the document disappears. I then close the Tool and Edit again, the documents are still in the Tool. This happened after we got the 26A Feb-13 CWB. Anyone had this same issue?
